Body CONWAY SPRINGS – The players at Conway Springs Community Theatre are back this weekend with another murder mystery. The theater group will stage “Murder at the Pie Auction” at 7 p.m.

Body GODDARD – Construction continues to move along on the Kellogg frontage road on the north side of the highway. As of Wednesday this week, the frontage road phase 1 opened between 199th Street West and Casado, which is by Goddard Ace Hardware.

Body GARDEN PLAIN – The City of Garden Plain is asking people, especially children, to stay out of the new drainage canal that is located off of Loomis between B and C avenues. The city stated in an online post that the canal is working exactly as it was designed to do.

Body Kansas Turnpike customers will soon see more construction at toll plazas as part of the Kansas Turnpike Authority’s conversion to cashless tolling. Contracts to demolish existing structures and reconfigure lanes are slated to begin this August.
