Garden Plain sets new rules for kids on e-scooters, e-bikes

TSnews GARDEN PLAIN – The Garden Plain City Council adopted a new ordinance Aug. 5 requiring children who ride electric scooters and bicycles in the city to wear helmets and requiring the youngest riders to be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Council votes down ballot measure on Flock cameras

TSnews HAYSVILLE – The Haysville City Council at its meeting Monday defeated an attempt to put the use of Flock cameras on the November general election ballot. The vote was 4-2 against putting the issue to a public vote.
