Goddard raises guest tax

Body GODDARD – Guests staying at Goddard hotels will soon start paying a higher transient guest tax, thanks to action taken at Monday’s Goddard City Council meeting. The council approved a charter ordinance establishing a new transient guest tax (TGT) rate of 9 percent.
