GARDEN PLAIN – The City of Garden Plain has announced the second annual Best of Garden Plain photo contest. The city is accepting electronic entries through 5 p.m.

The Board of Education meeting was called to order by President Bill Dalbom at 7:30 p.m. Board members present were Mark Hemberger, Brandon J. Pauly, Aaron Lange, Curtis Winter, Brad Farmer, and Bruce Harrington. Also in attendance were Crystal Cotton, Ryan Rusco, Brent Harrell, Matt Biehler, Clay Murphy, and Judy A. Andra.
