MANHATTAN, Kan. — One remaining chore for fall gardens includes prepping the garden for spring.

CHENEY – It’s a busy time of the year for the Cheney Chamber of Commerce. At their meeting last week, Chamber members discussed three upcoming projects for the group – the annual soup/chili cook-off, a new banner project for veterans, and another annual project, Come Home for Christmas.
