Ingredients 3 pounds beef stew meat or roast, cut into 1- to 2-inch pieces 3 10.5-ounce cans cream of celery soup Directions Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. In a deep nine-by-13-inch pan, add everything but the last 1 yellow onion, sliced 3 large carrots, sliced into bitesized coins 3/4 cup cooking sherry 6 to 8 cloves garlic, minced ingredient (the stuff for serving), and stir to coat the meat and vegetables.
