TSnews A new scam started hitting cell phones over the weekend, and law enforcement officials want residents to not fall victim. The scam texts include an image, supposedly from the Johnson County, Kan., Traffic Division, that immediate action is required on an outstanding traffic violation.

Campus to host royal tea for youth
