TSnews GODDARD – At its July 28 meeting, the Goddard City Council voted to extend incentives to Phase 2 of Goddard Housing, LLC, to build 72 apartments within the Genesis Sports Complex Addition. This will be in addition to the approximately 100 apartments now under construction.

TSnews CLEARWATER – During the July 28 Clearwater City Council meeting, a solar-energy developer seeking county approval to build near Clearwater noted that the city could be in line to receive a $3.5 million contribution in lieu of the project’s first 10 years of property tax payments.
