TSnews CHENEY – At a meeting last week of the Sedgwick County Fair Association, members heard updated information on recent damage to the fairgrounds arena that needs to be addressed as soon as possible. The damage to the Grandstand Arena on the fairgrounds happed during the monster truck show that took place on Nov.

TSnews CLEARWATER – With the new year coming up quickly, Clearwater Mayor Burt Ussery is providing an update on one of the newest additions to the city’s public offerings – Hammers Prairie Park and Nature Center. Ussery said that the 43acre park is being restored to native grasses, which will remind people of what the property looked like before settlers came to the area, back when Osage Indians were the main local residents.
