Authorities ID man killed by Haysville police

HAYSVILLE – Sedgwick County Sheriff Jeff Easter has identified the man killed by Haysville Police last week on Tuesday. Bill Osterhout, a resident of Haysville, died on March 26 after being shot by two Haysville Police Department officers.
