TSnews The Eisenhower boys golf team is heading to the Class 5A State tournament next week, courtesy of Tuesday’s third-place finish at the regional the Tigers hosted at Rolling Hills Country Club in Wichita. The Tigers shot 301 to grab the third-and-final team-qualifying spot.

TSnews The Argonia Raiders competed last Friday in the South Central Border League track meet, held at Udall. The Argonia girls won a pair of individual league titles, which helped the Raiders place fourth overall.

TSnews The latest round in the rivalry between the Goddard Lions and Eisenhower Tigers softball teams goes to – the Eisenhower Tigers. The Tigers swept a doubleheader against Goddard last Tuesday at Eisenhower, taking the opener 4-2 and the nightcap 7-1.

TSnews The Clearwater Indians challenged Rose Hill for second place at last Friday’s Ark Valley Chisholm Trail League meet, with the Rockets just edging the Indians. Rose Hill placed second with 104 points, and Clearwater was third with 99 points.
