Body Gay Diane Gower, of Cheney, 72, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023, after suffering cardiac arrest on May 9. She was born Aug. 22, 1950, to Henry and Doris Sovereign Stoll in Wichita, Kansas.

Body William “Tex” S. Titterington II, age 68, ret. Lt. Col, U.S. Army from Clearwater, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2023. Visitation will be 1-7 p.m. Thursday, June 1, with family present 5:30-7 p.m., at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary Chapel, Clearwater. Service will be 10 a.m.

Body Jack W. Ferguson, 84, retired TSgt for the United States Air Force, of Haysville, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis, surrounded by family and friends.

Body Gary Kenneth Appelman, 78, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2023. He was born on July 25, 1944, in Wichita to the late Kenneth Appelman and Lovina (Goodell) Appelman.

Body Gladys V. (Fox) Roth, age 89, of Clearwater, passed away Sunday, May 7, 2023. Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 11, with family present 5:30-7 p.m., at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary. Private graveside service is planned. Gladys was born on Monday, Feb.

Body Linda F. Hermes, 82, retired owner of Hermes Liquor in Goddard, died May 6, 2023 at her home.

Body David Wayne Brundage, of Conway Springs, passed away on May 5, 2023, at the age of 65. David was born the son of Kendall and Pat (Landreth) Brundage on June 11, 1957, in Wellington, but was raised in Milan. He later attended school in Argonia, graduating in 1975.

Body Ed was born May, 26, 1958, and grew up in Garden Plain. He participated in sports, band, school government and graduated as valedictorian in 1976. He went on to complete his under-grad studies at Kansas Newman College and earned his medical degree at Kansas University.

Body Christene “Chris” Sue Robinson, loving wife, mother and grandmother, from Clearwater,4 passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at the age of 76. Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 6, at First Christian Church in Clearwater.

Body Linda Faye (Brown) Clements, age 77, of Haysville, retired social worker, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2023.
