TSnews The Goddard Lions concluded the regular season in strong fashion with a second-place finish at the Rose Hill High School Invitational last weekend, with four wrestlers winning individual titles and seven placing in the top five. As a team, the Lions finished second with 201 points, far ahead of thirdplace Andale (145) and 16 1/2 back of champion (and tournament host) Rose Hill.

Raiders beat Udall, fall at Flinthills

TSnews The Argonia Raiders boys basketball team got back in the win column last Tuesday when it downed Udall 70-41. The Raiders sprinted out to a 19-9 lead after the opening period and extended their edge to 37-22 by the intermission.

Lady Colts struggle on homecoming night

TSnews A slow start and a slow offensive night by the Campus Colts girls basketball team led to a 55-23 home loss to the Valley Center Hornets on homecoming night. The Hornets flew out to a 9-0 early lead, and the Colts barely managed any first-half offense as they fell behind 29-4 at halftime.
