Body Dorothy “Dottie” (Riegel) Dalbom Bowline, 95, passed away July 26, 2024 in Amarillo, Texas. Dorothy was born Jan. 10, 1929, in Great Bend, the second child of Virgel and Harriet Riegel. She graduated from Great Bend High School and continued her education at Ottawa University.

Body Marjorie D. Walsh, 87, retired facility director for the University of Kansas Medical School, passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. She loved to work with flowers and was involved with her church.

Body Mark William Barber age 67, passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024. Visitation will be Monday, Aug. 5, from 1 to 7 p.m. with family present 5:30-7 p.m., at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary, Clearwater. Graveside service will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday Aug. 6, at Clearwater Cemetery.

Body Jerry D. Alloway, 82, retired carpenter, of Conway Springs, died Friday, July 26, 2024 at Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice at Ascension Via Christi-St. Francis, Wichita, Kansas. Jerry was born June 16, 1942, in Wellington to Lawrence and Mary Jane (Compton) Alloway.

Body Gerald D. “Denny” Troup, age 67, passed away on Monday, July 22, 2024. Visitation will be Saturday, Aug 3, 9 to 11 a.m. with family present, and memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, both at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary, Clearwater.

Body William Greg O'Neal of Wellington passed away at his home on Monday, July 15, 2024 at the age of 67. Greg was born the son of William and Betty (Sawyer) O'Neal on Oct. 6, 1956 in Wichita. Greg was a man of reliable dedication and inspiring loyalty.

Body James Duane “JD” Wise, 75, passed away after a short battle with cancer on Friday, July 19, 2024, in Wichita. James was born in Dodge City to Lorran and Ruth (Dunnica) Wise on Aug. 8, 1948. James served in the United States Army in the Vietnam War from 1967 to 1970.

Body Lynn A. Redmer, 81, of Garden Plain, Kansas, passed away on July 16, 2024. He was born May 13, 1943, in Trenton, Neb., to Lester and Eleanor Redmer. He married Judy Pollmann on March 26, 1966 in Atwood, Kan.

Body Steven Frederick Twietmeyer, 69, loving father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, died Saturday, July 13, 2024. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, July 19, at Downing & Lahey West Mortuary. Funeral service will be at 10 a.m.

Body Roberta Ann Cole, 74, passed away at her home in Wichita, on Monday, July 15, 2024. She was born at home, on the farm, to Robert and Marjorie Stokes on May 24, 1950, in Flemington, Mo.
