Clara McIver, 91, died with her family by her side on Aug. 27, 2025, at Cheney Golden Age Home. She was Feb. 8, 1934, to William and Dena Sheffield in Plankinton, S.D. She married Walter "Pete" McIver on Sept. 30, 1960.

Alberta C. “Bert” Kingsley, 96, of Conway Springs, passed away Sunday, Aug. 17, 2025, at Catholic Care Center, Bel Aire.Bert was born May 31, 1929, at Goddard, to Leo Jacob Stump and Mary Ann (May) Stump. She grew up near Aleppo and attended St. Mary's Catholic School and Andale High School.
