Body Mary Ellen Hughes, age 100, passed away on Nov. 7, 2025. Mary spent 36 years at Boeing in Wichita. She finished at Boeing as a supervisor in the Military Parts Control Area, retiring in 1985.Mary was born on Dec. 21, 1924 in Partridge.

Body Leon Alfred Drouhard, 87, long-time resident of Argonia, passed away on Monday, Nov. 3, 2025, after a short hospital stay in Wichita. He was born on March 4, 1938, to Leo F. and Velma L. (Simpson) Drouhard at their home in Danville.

Body Joyce E. Reynolds, 90, of Argonia, passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at Stafford County Hospital, Stafford, Kansas.

Body  Emanuel C. Ast, 89, of Kingman, entered eternal rest on Tuesday, Oct. 28, 2025. He was born on March 9, 1936, to Joseph Jr. and Marie (Hermes) Ast. Emanuel spent his childhood on a farm near St. Joe, Ost, and graduated from Andale High School in 1954.

Body Lana Brozek, 81, was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and a dear friend to all who knew her. She was born in 1944 in Wichita, where she grew up surrounded by family and friends.

Body Donald Lee Fassnacht, age 94, of Rose Hill, died Sunday, Oct. 19, 2025. Service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 22, at Webb-Shinkle Mortuary, 200 S Tracy, Clearwater, KS.

Body Deidra Ann Ward, 77 of Argonia, homemaker, retired cosmetologist and retired office manager, passed away Monday morning, Sept. 22, 2025, in Wichita. Born on Aug. 24, 1948, in Wellington, she was the daughter of the late Cleo and Vevalee (Warlow) Hamilton.

Body Monty A. Ward, 80 of Argonia, Sergeant with the 184th Bomb Group “Flying Jayhawks” in the Kansas Air National Guard, retired farmer passed away Wednesday morning, Sept. 24, 2025, in Wichita.

Body Dr. Ronald L. Lamp passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025.He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann, in 2004, and by both of his brothers, Ray and Ross Lamp. He is survived by two sisters, Marita (Terry) Clark of Dixon, Mo., and Lynda Lamp of Wichita.
